Last evening, I used this recipe to concoct Baked Crab Rangoon. To make them more healthy, I used low fat cream cheese and brushed the finished product with melted Brummel and Brown (a healthy yogurt-based butter substitute with amazing flavor). The result was delicious (my roommates served as a official taste testers to confirm this report).
Mixing all the ingredients together (+ seasonings)!
Place about a teaspoon of the mixture on each egg wonton wrapper.
Wet the edges on the wonton wrapper with water and them fold into a triangle and press down.Place about a teaspoon of the mixture on each egg wonton wrapper.
GOON.
